Workshop Refunds

Full Refunds: Available if you cancel more than 14 days before the workshop date.

Partial Refunds (50%): Issued for cancellations made 7-14 days before the workshop.

Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 7 days of the workshop or for non-attendance.
Product Refunds

Products sold by Adora Floral can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if they are in unused and original condition.

Custom-made products are non-refundable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
